Step 1 - Purchase Replacement Hardware

The chairs are comfortable and meet expectations now that they are assembled. Quite heavy and should work well in our windy location. We had a lot of trouble with the hardware and had 5 nuts/bolts seize during assembly, two of which I had to cut off to replace. The chairs seem pretty good now, but poor quality of the fasteners really extended my build time.
