False Advertisement!

I should have read other people reviews first before placing my order. This is a FALSE advertisement!!! It lies everything: length(only 16")and width(only 3")! It's such a shame that Macy keep such a untrustworthy vendor! Not plan to buy any jewelry from Macy anymore!

Length not as stated in description

I ordered and paid for an 18" chain online. When I put it on, I noticed that it was short on me. So I measured it, and it is 16"! NOT what I ordered. I did not save any of the packing materials and don't have a receipt other than what is available in my online order tracking. I do have the little black pouch it came in. Is this returnable? Or at least refund me the difference between 16 and 18 inches? I feel ripped off!
