Still haven't received it

Would love to review this if it was EVER SENT TO ME. Still waiting, Macy's. Your idiot AI support ran me in circles until I finally was sent to an agent that told me it would be here YESTERDAY. Guess what, nothing. UPS says it still doesn't have the package. Macy's printed the shipping label 2 weeks ago. Are you culturing the pearls from scratch? Not looking forward to ordering anything from Macy's in the future.
