Not true to size

I purchased the plus size XXL and I'm disappointed. I purchased 2x from the same company before and it fit this does not. It not true to size inconsistent to sizing. This is why I pause when buying clothes online.

Olive Diamond Quilted Hooded Puffer Vest

I love the fit of the vest, but the hood can get in the way depending on my hairstyle. I wish Macys sold the same style but without the hood.
