Item delivered to wrong store

I order 9th of January 2026. I went to Macy’s store to pay my credit card Feb 1, and asked what’s going on with my order and they told me to call customer service. So i call customer service and got a response that it was delivered January 15th and was received named called JCPenny? So I thought it was in the other side of Macy’s which is JCPeenney’s store! But Macy’s app is not updating that it was already delivered and keep showing processing to store. They say I will receive an email regarding my order status and update but never received any. I ended up contacting the customer service again the fourth time,the one that answered said she submitted a request for a refund for that ordered. I’m thankful to that lady she resolved my issue they refunded me for the dress. Although never received any email from Macy’s. experiencing this at Macy’s. As a customer who always pay everything I bought before due date, this made me think if I’ll still consider ordering from them.

Black dress

Beautiful black dress with silver. Fit and flare and I ordered the same size as my other clothes, small, and it fits me perfectly almost as if it was custom made for me. I love that it can be dressed up or down based on the evening occasion. I received many compliments!

Fan of Fit & Flare

Perfect fit and flare tall, 5’9 & it hits my knees. Style is incredible and highlights my pear shape. The stretch makes it super flexible. My go-to for dinner, church, work etc. Bought both colors since it’s rare to get my expectations met at Macys.
