Except for two returned items (a black spot on an off-white sweater and a coat that was too large due to a mislesding description), I am very pleased with all of the Macy's purchases. Customer Service and Returns have been great (minus two associates, a younger male and female with very unpleasant attitudes at Macy's Metro DC). The other Associates have been absolutely wonderful displaying a high level of professionalism, and are very courteous and friendly!! MG

Great quality, gift well for a medium width foot.

These slippers run a bit small, size up if you are between sizes. I have a medium width, and these are great because they aren't too wide.
