Heel flops right off my feet

I bought a pair of the same brand similar shoe last year so I ordered these in the same size. They are really cute and super comfy but this shoe was wayyyy too big in the heel. My toes came right up where they should be but the heel just flopped right off my feet. I tried putting in a cushioned foot liner but still they flopped. The shoes were not designed to taper in at the heel so sizing down would not have worked. It irritates me that a company should not have consistent sizing across their line. I should have heeded the other reviews that have the same complaint. Back they went.

Did Not Fit Right

I was looking for a white sneaker, comparable to Skechers for summer, and thought I found it. But, the shoe kept slipping off my heel. I even tried using a insert from another shoe, that didn't work either. So, I had to return them. I bought two pairs of boots from White Mountain last fall, and was very pleased with them, but something is wrong with the sizing and fit of these shoes.

sized down but still too big on one foot.

i bought these in red in my ususal size 8 and was happy to see how cute they were in person. but my right heel kept slipping out of the shoe. this was a no-go for me as it seemed like a sure falling hazard and at 82, i can't afford to risk that. i exchanged for a 7 1/2 but was doubtful the left shoe would fit; still, cute enough to try. the exchange arrived very quickly and i was eager to see the difference. while the toe box area was a bit smaller, again my right heel kept slipping out of the back. maybe not as much as with the 8, but enough to make them unworkable for me. clearly, this shows there's a sizing problem, an inconsistency between right and left and an error in standard sizing (i have many shoes and they're all 8's). no cute red shoes for me today.

Flimsy

I took a chance , the price is attractive but the quality is lacking. I wear an 8.5 ordered an 8 . Plenty of room. The lack of support in the material of the shoe allows your foot to slide off the side. The heel also slips. There is no arch support. Returning both colors as well as the sneakers .

Fit too big!

Not true to its size. They come off from my feet when I walk. I’m going to have to return it.
