I love the chunky heel for stability from walking Concrete to grass versatile heel bottom of shoe is it bad, there is some texture for grip. Happy with overall quality and price.

2nd time my package was delivered and stolen from

Second time these shoes were delivered and there is no doorbell ring so the package was stolen. Macy’s: you need to insist that the delivery person rings the doorbell of the customer so that we are aware of the delivery! I’m very disappointed

Why would the product not advertise how it is. This item has clearly been returned. And no big deal if it was returned and was just as good as new or even close. But it's not. The shoe was clearly dirty with white stuff all over it and I had to clean it off myself. The inside of the box is ravaged. This is supposed to be a gift and now I just hope it's not noticeable.
