Heels are perfect but don’t buy them online

The heels itself are so comfortable and beautiful. I tried them at the actual store, and because they didn’t have my size I ordered online. Turned out the heel they sent was defective. The string for the ankle was so short you can’t even close it, the other shoe was perfect. I had to return them and go to a DIFFERENT macys and buy another pair. But the pair are so comfortable and they stretch soo easy. I am a 8.5 and 7.5/8 fit me perfect, I decided to stick to a little more room on my toes by getting 8.
