Bad investment

I bought this boots on sale thinking it was a good investment, but even tho the boots look nice and are comfortable, I do not recommend them. The issue is that the zipper in the back is very noisy as it hits the back of the shoe. I wish I could return this, but I only noticed the issue after walking out the door on my way to work. I don’t think I will wear this boots if I can’t find a solution to the zipper problem.
