Skip it

I’ve had my coffee pot about 6 weeks and the burner is peeling. I’m not impressed & wouldn’t buy this brand again.

No thanks

Box states no HARSH-HARMFUL chemicals! But… cancer warning did not realize it until purchased looking for less chemicals and none toxic.

Poor quality and customer service

Like others have said, this coffee maker is poorly made. The lid won’t stay closed and pops up immediately after you try to close it. I reached out twice to customer service at Willow and didn’t hear back. Will update my review if I do.

My coffee didn’t taste right

I liked that it was eco friendly & nontoxic. However, I brew my coffee with cinnamon, yet the coffee came out weak with no cinnamon taste, so I went back to Mr. Coffee & have great tasting coffee again.

Like that it uses recycled plastic but still feels durable and well made. It’s nice knowing something this useful also considers the planet. Doesn’t feel like anything was sacrificed in quality
