Never again...

I have used this pan a few times only. Considering it is non-stick, I began not using any oil or non-stick spray. It has consistently had food stick to it where I am literally having to chisel it off. With my last pizza, I greased the pan before putting the dough in it and it still stuck to it and I had to scrape it out and destroyed the pizza. It will now go to the recycle bin as I will never use it again.

Not for long-term use.

I have used this pizza pan about a dozen times. It cooks pizza evenly and quickly, I really liked it. However, despite taking extraordinary care of this pan it is certainly not a 'non-stick'. At first use the pizza came off with ease, but every subsequent use has resulted in progressively worse sticking. The pan is now unusable. My pizza sticks so much that I am able to flip the pan over and hold it without worrying about the pizza falling. I wrecked the edge of my spatula trying to lift the pizza from the pan it was so badly stuck. These are good pizza's, I have taken excellent, delicate care, and never burnt anything on it. The pan is just not a long-term product.
