Missing Gingerbread Cookie Jar

Ordered for Christmas on the 12th and no shipment or delvy found on 12/23. Along with damaged Polar Bear cookie jar. Credit issued on 12/24

shipper can't pack to save their life

outer box arrived crushed. minimal packing to protect the item. upon opening the item, which was encased in styrofoam, was in pieces. will be returning to macy's for a complete refund and will never do business with macy's.

packed poorly

I should have known by the appearance of the shipping box. It was crushed on one end. Upon opening, hardly any packing material was used. Opened the item and it was in pieces. Will be returning and am done with Macy's. Sell at a discount because vendors could care less.
