Beware- no box available!

Purchased online as a holiday gift. Delivered in a shipping box that had multiple holes, with glasses wrapped in paper and loose in the shipping box. Went to Macy's store to get a gift box and was told that they don't have boxes bigger than a robe box. So if you purchase a housewares item online or in the store as a gift be prepared to find a box somewhere.

I was so pleased with

I was so pleased with the detail and artistic rendering as well as the quality faltzgraff provides with dishwasher and microwave safety. However, the hollow design of these mugs makes them almost impossible to use with hot beverages. Even filled just above half, the hot liquid goes into the handle and makes it hard to hold. I have tough hands and can manage after a few minutes but my husband and adult son cannot use them. We've been debating what to do. Perhaps you could consider filling in the handle with some thing for future production?

Great quality!

The plates are beautiful and the quality is excellent. I use Melamine plates as I have trouble with my arms and I can not typically find ones that are also nice looking. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
