Online Chat real person comes through in time!

I purchased 3 sets of 4-place settings on November 13th. The order was scheduled to arrive on November 20th, so I could use them for Thanksgiving. When the order arrived, there were only 2 boxes, not 3. I was very upset because 8 place settings was not enough. I chatted with a real person online, who confirmed that my shipment was incomplete, and she immediately processed shipping another box, but would it arrive before Thanksgiving? The online chat person expedited the shipment, and I received it Tuesday, the 21st, in time for Thanksgiving! The Winter Berry goblets I ordered on 11/15 were not due to arrive until December 2nd, but they arrived 11/20. Everything is so beautiful! I can't wait to use them for Thanksgiving!

availability is the biggest problem, searching several holiday patterns we had to settle for 1 of 2 sets desired and add additional plates. the 16 piece set was delivered broken so everything was returned.

so pretty

I’ve had my dishes for several years now. They are the colors in my kitchen and I use them year around. Especially pretty at Christmas time with Christmas decorations.

Favorite dishes!

Absolutely love the Winterberry collection! I Like to pull them out once it gets chilly out or December 1 and use through end of January! They don't say Christmas per se, but Winter
