Smudge on one of the cups

Well, I guess there is NO quality control anywhere anymore. One of the cups has a smudge on it where some paint is rubbed off. It is too much trouble to return, so I guess I will just live with it, but not happy. There is NO WAY this should have been sent out by Macy's. At least nothing was cracked. It was not a delivery problem. The one cup should have never been sent out. Makes me wonder if it was a return and that's why it was on sale.

Pretty and large mugs

These mugs were larger than I expected, but will make all the coffee drinkers super happy. They are lovely and, as usual with Pfaltzgraft, the quality is great too.

Another Showstopper

If you like Pfaltzgraff and big mugs, you’ll love this years set. Thin, yet sturdy, feels nice on lips. Beautiful designs on both sides of each mug. Can fill with 16 Oz of coffee and have room for milk. Love them on counter as decoration prior to uses. Even dishwasher safe.
