These mugs are just right for the holiday!

I purchased these matching mugs to use at Christmas time. The mugs are colorful and larger than most. They are just what we needed to drink our morning coffee as the family gathers to open presents.

Was not delivered as stated

Not delivered as stated. Naughty/nice (Lennox) cups did NOT arrive. One set of cups (Grinch) arrived. Even on the packing slip the Naughty/nice cups was crossed off.

undelivered item

This item along with an entire set was ordered online on Dec 11, to be picked up on Dec 16, I am still awaiting the items ordered which says (Picked Up on Dec19). Macy's I have never been so disappointed, you are ruining my Christmas table setting. I spent almost 2 hrs in store trying to collect the items they say were there. Even spoke with a Senior Director present who confirmed that I will get them by Sunday Dec 21. So this is Monday Dec. 22 and I still waiting. Is this the new and improved Macy's I should be looking forward to after being a customer for over 20 years. Soooo Soooo disappointed.
