Broken in a dozen sharp pieces

I so wanted to gift this to a friend who does rv camping. When it arrived the gift was smashed into dozens of jagged pieces, there was no packing cushion in the box and when I reached in to examine the damage I got a deep slash on my hand. What a shame Macys! I’m a long time customer and I can’t believe a fragile item was thrown into a too large packing box with no bubble wrap or cushioning materials to protect my gift. And this gift is now unavailable, incredibly frustrated and disappointed.

winterberry treat bowl

The bowl came damaged due to a packers negligence to insulate with some bubble wrap. Also the box it was placed in was was way too big so it was of course moving around. The packers need to put a little more care when handling delicate, breakable merchandise. This was so disappointing.

Cute

Nice size and attractive holiday print. Would be better if t he truck had a higher back so more filler/candy could be stored without falling out. Would also be better if there were a hitch connecting both pieces together.
