Great set for the price, as far as cooking goes. Did great cooking, eggs, pancakes, bacon, stew dishes and frying. But, horrible set for the price as far as cleaning and care taking. It did not hold up in cleaning the pan and ended up scratching and chipping. Unfortunately I was out of the warranty date and had to end up throwing both of my pans away. I will not purchase this set again unfortunately and I like Wolfgang stuff. I have another set by him (ALL Stainless steel, no black coating) and they have lasted me for years now, still have them.

Delicious Meals

I have other steel cookware that I have had for 30 years and still looks new but I needed a good frying pan. The Wolfgang Puck Stainless Steel Skillet is a good choice. The quality is very good. It cooks foods evenly and I even noticed the flavor of the foods cooked are enhanced, ensuring that you are getting all the nutrients needed making delicious meals. I really enjoy cooking in it and I don't have to worry about food or sauces spilling over the side edge of the pan. I have yet to try the small frying pan that comes with it. The only downside to the large skillet is that it is very heavy, but maybe not for a man :) and the handle is slim which makes it harder to grip and pick up the frying pan. I love the tempered glass lid and the shape of the handle. Overall it is far better than any TV promo's I have seen over the past 20 years and in the stores. I have tried them all and none of them were like they said to be. I am glad that I have finally found something that really works. I love steel and it will lasts for years. I recommend you give this a try.
