Postman damaged zipper on my jacket (Linda is me)

USPS allegedly is responsible for damaging the jacket. The postman was supposed to use a much larger mailbox than mine when delivering large packages. Instead he stuffed 3 packages of clothing (1 was yours, the other was 2 pairs of pants from Macys, as well as letters in my tiny mailbox. The postal worker was supposed to put my delivery in one of the larger mailboxes, take the key out, and put it into my mailbox. I have never seen all of the key boxes missing their keys (meaning keys were available to the postal worker.) As a result, the zipper was damaged from top to bottom. I succeeded in closing the zipper, but only with much resistance from the zipper about every 3-4 inches. I wanted to see if I could completely close the zipper, which I did. But obviously I can't use it because the zipper track is damaged and will always be a "piece of work."
