Wrong item delivered

I received a completely different sweater from what I ordered. I ordered blue and received red . The package came over one week from expected time with about five magazines of advertising. It looks very cheap . Not what I expected from macys . I’m very disappointed !!!!

cheap fabric

Was not the quality I expected. The fabric was the type that will pull easily. Also, just a cape. I thought it had sleeves. I returned it.
