Problems in order amendment or cancellation

The website says order delivery address change within 30 minutes allowed. I called within 30 minutes. But I wastold that the system can not accept change of address. But promised to callme back later. No call came. When I called back, Iwas told order can not be amendedor cancelled. Webiste is misguidingcustomers.
