Beautiful but disappointing

I wanted to add a rose gold watch case to my rotation of watches and fell in love with this immediately. It's beautiful in person; however, within a few weeks one of the stones fell out. Less than a year in, another stone fell out. The leather watchband is incredibly stiff and still hasn't broken in. I also was not prepared to have to wind and set the watch before each wear, not a deal breaker - I must have missed that somewhere in the description at the time of purchase.
