Never received the order, AGAIN!!!!

I'm extremely disappointed in Macy's. The quality of the customer service has immensely diminished. I've been shopping with Macy's for many years and have decided to no longer purchase anything else from them. I never received the order and they never even reached out to let me know what happened. I finally called them only to learn my order was lost in transit, and the thing that upsets me the most is that this is not the first time this has happened. I wanted to give them another chance and remain a loyal customer. I am done!
