Online purchase of shoes - why are they all dirty

The shoes arrived very dirty, the replacement arrived dirty and the second replacement was dirty as well.....three pair all dirty! I gave up and kept the third pair!!! Very disappointing that the associates packing the shoes do not assess the product before packing it. It is was not a case of it being the last shoe in my size as they remain available online.

Disappointed

Expected them to be a lot more comfortable. Wore them and my toes and heel were bleeding from rubbing against the side of the shoe as well as the back. Maybe not the shoe for me but was expecting them to be very comfortable.

No stretch in the fabric

Great looking sneaker, but there is no stretch in this fabric. Hard to slip sneakers on and the sizing seems off because they are too tight.
