Shoes return

Frustrated with the return Policy to a 3rd party involved. And items were purchased on Macy’s credit card.

Beautiful Red Robin Loafers

These nice "red robin" loafers with the red bow are gorgeous. These loafers look exactly like the photo and received as expected. The reviews stated from other people that the shoes run big, that wasn't the case for me. The shoes are on the narrow side and are true to size for the most part. I wear a size 11, with a foot smaller than the other. My size 11"ish" foot, was hard to get the loafer on, so I had to stretch the shoe. The fit for both feet overall was pretty tight. I'm glad I was able to wear the shoes to my student's pinning ceremony. If they had a size 12 that may have worked since the shoes don't have any stretch.

a poor experience, that I will not repeat.

the show were to small attempted to return them on June 7th (within return window) Macy's refused to return them. I will be sure, sure to never ever shop Macy's Marketplace evr again. it is just throwing money away

Not a fan

The cognac colors looks cheaper looking in person. The shoes were my size but the fit was entirely too big. Really unattractive shoes, in person, in my opinion.

Love the look and feel of this shoe. I bought the color pink and it is such a soft pink. Very soft material
