Beautiful beading but disappointed in the material

To start, I LOVE the beading and color. However when it came to the slip dress, I was expecting a silkier feel, something a bit more luxe that correlated with the price. Instead it was staticky and somewhat cheap feeling. For the price point the material ought to be a bit nicer.
