Beautiful but received used ones

These are stunning boots ; loved them but returned for a bigger size. The second pair seemed to be used ones. White dots all over both heels and gloopy stuff on one of them. Even the box was hanging together with a rubber band. So disappointed but will try for a third time to repurchase.

Picture is deceiving

True to size but nothing as pictured. I bought them because they had the dark color in the front and back as shown above but when I received them they looked like a totally different boot.

Sofisticated Boots

I am 4'11" tall, thin frame. These boots were perfect height & fit my calves. They are absolutely stunning. Comfortable & even feel they have a little arch support. Look expensive.
