Other occasion to buy:My 93 yo Mom has been complaining of lower back and shoulders pain, of course I suggested massages but she refused. She now calls this a massage in a box.

Mom says this makes her feel 75 again

Good for Front and Back Pain

It heats up quickly and retains the heat even when you unplug for some time. The soft, micro fabric is so soothing on your skin and the adjustable strap makes it easy to fit many different sizes.

Women's Abdomen Hot & Cold Belt

It feels really comforting on your stomach. I like it and would recommend to other women. Wish it had a plus size option for bigger bellies though. Because it does limit who can use it by how big it is.

Absolutely Incredible!!

pain relief

I love homedic their product never fails me. this belt is well made and excellent product.it has so many settings that a huge plus. I use both setting cold therapy for workout days and a nice heating pad after a shower. A game change for sure. This is my daily routine.

Works great

It warms up quickly and stays warm for a while after you turn it off and unplug it. I love that you don't have to keep it plugged in all the time. I haven't tried it in the freezer yet but once it gets warm outside I will be trying that out. Definitely recommend this product.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great heating and / or cooling belt. It is so soft to the touch and very comfortable to wear for back pain. It gets just hot enough, although I have not used it for cooling yet. The cover is plush like a stuffed toy and so soft. I love this belt and will be using it very often for my back pain.

Works amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sit at a desk all day for work so my lower back starts to ache at night. I also get back pain during certain times of the month. I love that you can change the settings to make the heat warmer. The two hour timer works great and there is a big range to walk around with it. I like to lay in bed at night while putting the pad on my lower back.
