FAULTY SANDAL STRAP

THE STRAP ON THE SANDAL WAS TOO SHORT!!! WHEN DECIDED TO WEAR THE SHOE TO CHURCH, I COULDNOT THE STRAP WAS TOO SHORT TO FIT AROUND MY ANKLE. I RECEIVED THE PURCHASED ON 5/18/26 AND TRIED TO RETURN IT ON 6/19/26, I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD GET WITH THE SELLER FOR THE RETURN. THE SELLER REFUSED TO REPLY SO I'M STUCK WITH A FAULTY SHOE. MACY'S DON'T WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCEPTING UNSATISFACTORY PRODUCTS FROM A THIRD-PARTY SELLER. MACY'S YOU'RE SELLING THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS UNDER YOUR NAME YOU SHOULD BEAR SOME RESPONSIBILITY.

The heel height was comfortable. However, the clear plastic is very uncomfortable. I therefore returned the shoes!

This is a scam. They said they delivered my package to "Other". I never received it and I checked my cameras and got nothing. SCAM
