Never received

Never received the jacket. When I called customer service on Nov 20 the automated system said it hadn’t been shipped and would ship on Nov 16. When I tried to reorder- the live agent said it would be shipped in a few days- then I got a cancellation. When I called they said the item was no longer available- even though I could buy it again today from the Macys website.
