Missing washers

Ordered 6 dining chairs which came in 2 per box with assembly required. Happy with first box of chairs. Sturdy and looked good. Second box of chairs was missing 2 of the 1/4" flat washers. Disappointing but OK. It was no big deal (although we were unable to complete the assembly at this time). Third box was missing all 22 of the 1/4" flat washers. In order to complete assembling the chairs, we had to go to Lowe's to purchase 24 washers. Very frustrating and not very happy.

Very impressed

Took a chance on these even though they had mixed reviews. The chair frames are strong and very attractive. All hardware was present, all pieces well packed and in perfect condition. Of utmost importance, holes were properly drilled and that made assembly a breeze! They seem very sturdy. I have high hopes for these chairs, I may order 2 more. I will update if things take a tricky turn.

Quality issues, would not recommend

Ordered two sets of two chairs. One set arrived missing pieces of hardware. Was able to get new hardware, but took 10 days. Second set had a damaged seat. Company had no new seat or chair to send. Received partial refund. Would have preferred replacement chair. Would not order again due to incomplete set and risk of continued issue with quality.
