Very unhappy with customer service

I received the Blippi bounce house and slide. I paid extra to get it there in 2 days and it came. The only problem was it kept deflating. I called explained what was going on. I then returned that one and expected the new one to come within 2 days. That is what I paid for. It still is not here and it has been 4 days. I called and kept getting the run around not happy. It was for my grandson that is 1.
