missing parts

The chairs are nice but useless. I did not receive the end cap that goes on the metal legs rendering them absolutely useless on my wooden floors. Can’t get anyone to respond. Phone calls emails. No one will help you. Do not purchase there is no customer service you’ll be stuck with worthless chairs
