Diamond fell out

Pretty statement ring. Small diamonds. Not the best quality. One diamond fell out six months after purchase.

Buyer beware

Pendant is pretty but the chain broke the second time I put it on. Took it to the local Macys store and was refused assistance. We did not purchase the worry free plan, but neither were we told we could purchase it at the store. Purchase was made 12/2/24 and we went to the store 12/31/24. Very disappointed.
