Great product, Great Service

Life changing

I’ve been in my career as a cook for 4 years now and just recently got my first chef job! I have never had my own knife and this was my first ever knife investment in my career ever. Man was it worth it! This knife is truly amazing I use it daily and I have easily and quickly fallen in love. The weight is amazing, blade and handle are beautiful, and it cuts literally everything effortlessly. Absolutely NEED more wüsthof in my life asap!

Fantastic knife

This is a fantastic all-around kitchen knife. Cuts like a razor blade, holds its edge quite well, is perfectly balanced, quite light & feels like it's great quality. I highly recommend.

I haven't used it much yet but what I have used it for it is an excellent knife

I use this when I need to cut vegetables. I haven't had to cut meat yet. But then again I am a beginner cook. I am an excellent baker though. I will probably use this more for baking. It is a perfect knife for what I will use it for. My next purchase will be a bread knife. I am looking forward to that.

Excellent Knife

I have had to relearn my knife chopping and cutting skills as this knife is extremely sharp but well balanced. And my fingers and half empty bandaid box will attest!! Seriously, I can’t imagine anyone not loving this knife but understand it is very sharp!
