Beware. Do not recommend

Purchased 9/29. Item arrived and had a strong chemical odor similar to wood stain. The smell permeated the cushion. Repacked the item and called the 800 number to have an RA issued. The item was picked via UPS on 10/7 and arrived at the destination 10/11. To date, we have not been issued our refund. Despite multiple calls to Macys, our refund has not been reflected in our account. Macys stated that the vendor has not informed them that the item was returned. This is not right. We are very upset. This entire matter has been handled poorly.

Great Ottoman

This ottoman is great quality. It looks far more expensive than it was (but I did get it on sale). It is soft and sturdy and looks fantastic. It will last years. What a great buy.
