This patio furniture set is outstanding. The quality of the set is fabulous and although it might take some amount of time to assemble, the time spent is well worth the finished product.

Excellent set and great customer service
We bought the Xizzi 10 Piece Outdoor Patio Furniture Set recently and honestly, we love it. The wicker feels solid, the cushions are really comfortable, and everything looks like it’s going to last. The swivel rocking chairs have already become the most fought-over seats, and the solar coffee table is such a cool touch for evenings outside. Assembly does take some effort — as novices it took us around 6–8 hours to get everything put together — but once it’s done, it’s absolutely worth it. What really made the whole experience even better was the Xizzi team’s customer service. They were super quick to respond, helpful with every little question, and made sure delivery went smoothly. They even followed up afterward, which you don’t see often these days. This set has completely changed how we use our backyard. I’d absolutely recommend both the furniture and the Xizzi team to anyone looking for quality and great support.

Excellent product and great value for money
We recently purchased the Xizzi 10 Piece Outdoor Patio Furniture Set and couldn’t be happier. The quality of the rattan wicker and cushions is excellent — sturdy, comfortable, and clearly built to last. As long as you don't need Customer Service....
Customer Service is the reason for the low rating. The furniture itself is better than fine: easy assembly, looks great and is comfortable, but when we got to the last swivel chair, the metal crossbars for the base did not fit together. I have been "talking" via emails to the manufacture for over a week and they are still politely apologizing for the inconvenience, but have not sent replacement parts. The chair is worthless without the base. This is fairly pricey patio furniture - I expected better customer service. UPDATE: I received the replacement part, but they sent the wrong one. I provided their part number and their description (SC-L, chair base #2), but they sent chair base #1. So, once more I am awaiting a replacement part.
Great product and great customer service!
This patio set is beautiful and comfortable. When putting together all the parts lined up perfectly. Once you put one chair together the rest are easy. From the time I ordered this set there was communication with the vendor which was great. I would highly recommend this set and vendor.

Best Patio Set Ever
This outdoor patio set is gorgeous in the orange red color. If you’re thinking about ordering it don’t hesitate. My handy man that assembled it works slow LOL. But once he finished it looks so good. Thanks Macy’s
