Horrible presentation and response is nill.

We purchased the 12pc. set by Xizzi on June 10th. The way it was represented was SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. It should have said ALL ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. That said , my husband and I perservered and put a few pieces a day together. The color of wicker is also NOT accurate. It is more of a brown gray. We were willing to accept ALL of this with one slight request. We wanted to change covers from blue( which looks like a moire material in pics) to grayso the gray would come up more in the furniure. We called , left messages on 3 occasssions and emailed vendor. NO RESPONSE........DO NOT BUY! SHAME ON MACY"S for allowing this.

Nice set

The cushions are a bit disappointing, not very firm. Disappointing that you cannot make 2 single armchairs out of the set.
