Other occasion to buy:Horrible. We did not received the whole set. Called Macys to explain and it was a dead end road as they said this was from a 3rd party vendor. They couldn’t even offer a refund. What a mess. We needed these items before Thanksgiving which is why I ordered

Do not order this. We placed an order for this set only received a 3 seater from a different brand Ovios (not Xizzi). I then called Macys and they could not help me as this was a third party vendor. I asked for a refund and again I didn’t get any where since they said it’s a 3rd party. They they marked it as delivered. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card as Macy is Jo help what so ever. Never again. I ordered other items from Bed Bath online. Very disappointed

Do not purchase this set from Macys

Ordered and marked as "received," the couch was delivered, but the two swivel chairs, coffee table, and end table were not. Resolving the issue with Macy's has been more frustrating than a root canal. Calling led to endless button-pushing with no results, as they seem uninterested in hearing from customers. The chatbot was completely unhelpful, and the human chat was equally exasperating. After requesting a supervisor, a refund was finally offered. Macy's refuses to assist with third-party purchase
