Terrific company

The furniture is sturdy and looks great. The items arrived with several screws missing. The company not only sent the replacements immediately but credited me back the money lost on the handyman’s inability to finish. I’ve never experienced such great customer service

Patio Set

Just purchased this set. Love the color and it was easy to assemble. It arrived in 3 days which was a pleasant surprise! The set is comfortable and very stylish, perfect for relaxing with family. Great price for the quality.

Couch is great but damaged

One of the boxes arrived damaged. The 2nd corner piece was so bent we couldn't build that one. The paper insert says not to contact Macy's but Xizzi directly and gives an email address. I have emailed several times and sent photos. They said they transferred my case to Macy's Customer Service. I have responded a few times and still have no resolution.
