Patio furniture review
The item was advertised as a great deal, however , the price I paid is the same prize the company that makes it sell it for. I was excited about finally getting some patio furniture , after my husband opened the packages and set it up , we found the quality of the pillows uncomfortable, they are cheap made. I wont recommend this furniture to anyone.

The furniture arrived in a timely manner, and is as advertised. The set up was difficult as items were not labeled. The glass on the coffee table was in thousands of pieces, and chatting or calling (tried both) put me through transfer after transfer, only to learn I'd have to pay a fee to return broken glass in small pieces. Disappointing.

First impression…meh.
We just received the patio furniture set last week and still have some pieces to assemble. With that said, I’m not sure this set will last in the outdoors. First off, the material and construction seem sub standard. Yeah, I didn’t pay a lot for the set, but expected somewhat more. The assembly process is challenging and the instructions aren’t great. The nut and bolt sizes were non standard, even for metric. Clearances for securing the bolts and nuts were minimal, which made the assembly process frustrating. Also, the underside bracing for the seats seemed inadequate, particularly where you sit. I sat in one chair I assembled and the seating area sagged. I only weigh 160 pounds, so I’m a little concerned for my bigger buddies. I plan to follow up with another review after we’ve used it a few months; however, I wanted folks to know what you’re getting for the price you’re paying. I really wanted to like this patio set, but first impression…meh.

We love our new patio sectional couch. My husband put it together over the weekend. Did a few pieces a day. He says instructions were pretty easy to follow. We absolutely love it!! Bits very comfortable to sit on. Great quality.

Good product even better customer service
We purchased this set on sale from Macys last summer. For the price it has turned out to be a pretty good patio set. What really impressed me was their customer service. In November, we had a stupid squirrel attach one of the cushion covers and tore it to shreds. I contacted the company to see if I could buy a replacement cover. They said no worries, and sent me a new one for free. It’s one thing to stand by your product, it’s another to want to help your customer. Thank you Xizzi!
