Great Set, but…

I love the set’ it’s exactly quad I expected it to be. Negatives: A lot of time:work to assemble the rocket/swivel chairs. One of my seat sections arrived warped and we were not able to assemble that part. Contacting the manufacturer.

TOTALLY SATISFIED

I looked at the only two reviews for the 8piece set and there is no way I could give anything lower than a 5. I’m in Love with the set. This is just day 2. Now my husband has an engineering mind, so it took a few hours but the Finished Product is just Beautiful! It’s comfortable, sleek and very roomy! It was packaged perfectly! No damages and it arrived before and on time! Keep them Macy’s, I want more in the future for my back yard!

Love the set. However, the assembly part was a bit tedious and would have been horrible if my husband wouldn't have had the right tools to use to expedite the process. We did experience a slight problem with the delivery but your customer service rep was amazing. The furniture again looks like the picture and we are pleased.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Due to compression during transportation, the cushion may need a few days after unpacking to fully regain its original shape. You may gently pat and fluff it to help speed up the recovery process. If the issue still persists, please kindly contact us at [xizzimc@163.com], and we will provide a free replacement until you are fully satisfied. XIZZITeam
