Very disappointed

The set was delivered with broken tiles and an igniter switch that does not work, Customer service has not been very helpful as this comes from a third party. Their advice was to ship the entire set back which has been unpackaged and is not a reasonable solution. Still waiting for resolution.

Not quite a five star as I’d hoped

Everything is nice except the cushions. A square piece of plastic was placed on each cushion inside the wrapping and when they get damp the imprint of the square shows . The imprint is oddly placed and differing on each cushion. I called Macys and they took my complaint but I haven’t heard back. Otherwise I’m satisfied but I’d like to get this taken care of. It’s a lot of money to spend for damaged fabric on each cushion

Lovely Patio set

It’s a very nice sturdy set the color blue denim looks great. I like it very much it looks beautiful what I don’t like much it’s the screws they show too much. At first I thought the cushions were cheap but you have to give time to fill out.
