XSCAPE Petite Long-Sleeve V-Neck Dress

The dress is absolutely gorgeous, however it does run small, so order down a size, Also, the waist line is not sewn straight across and its visibly distorted. I tried to exchange, but the dress is not available in my size any longer. I will be taking it to a tailor to see if adjustments can be made to make it look right and to fit me correctly. If not, I'll have to return it and start over in my search for a dress.
