Unfound dress

So my dress is stuck in limbo at a UPS location and can’t be found !!’ I asked macys customer service to resend via fedex till they resolve claim. Which thru refused !!! So I’m out a dress for a wedding !!! Been complaining for 2 weeks which they kept telling me was in route to store pick up . Now they can’t locate it !!! Macy’s you disappointed !!
