Ruffle without hem

Not only did my order come in dirty but late. It’s cute online but when you look at the ruffle it looks cheaper in person. Theres not a good finish to it so it will start to fray. Will be returning

There is no one to call and there is no help when you get an email that says your item was delivered and it wasn't. What kind of business is this? No one will answer the phone except a robot. Customer service???

Was used

The dress is great, but I DON’T like the way I received it as if someone has already worn it to an event and returned it. I was so upset to see a lot of deodorant stained in the armpit area and strong perfume smells, it was definitely worn to an event previously. I didn’t expect to by something that was used.
