Many flaws in this design

Rack is heavy, “play” side to side and front to back, bike cradles are bigger than previous model and difficult to maneuver bikes over to stack them, and straps take a tremendous amount of muscle to hook because the hooks are rubber too. In previous model, they were rigid plastic which made hooking the eye over them easier. This was the direct replacement for a rack damaged in an accident and I’m very disappointed with this newer version.
