Also purchased kitchen dining set that was more than best quality! AND purchased 5 bar stools that came by UPS, saved money by having to put them together but it was easy and again great quality!!!! Love the style and color of this bedroom suite. There was a strong odor for over two weeks which was a little overwhelming. I had to have the headboard replaced because of dents from the manufacturer in the corners. The second one arrived and there were tiny scratches in the corners. I covered it with Old English stain. I read where this is manufactured in Vietnam. Overall, I am very pleased the purchase. As far as "white glove" delivery - the gentleman were nice and efficient but they didn't vacuum and didn't wear shoe covers. I was disappointed with that.

Very impressed with the quality of this furniture. Got to see small touches when it was being professionally installed by white glove Macys deliverers who are outstanding. Support slots under the bed were slotted and well-designed places everything was very well made and watching them install it and it looks fantastic

I ordered this bed for my young daughter and the frame itself is huge! It is definitely worth the money especially at the price it is. The delivery took very long though. The delivery men assembled the bed which didn't take long. My only complaint is the bed frame leaves a weird smell afterward. Overall, I would say it is a great buy & will last long.

This is a beautiful bed. I'm am very pleased with it except for the big gap between the headboard and the mattress. If you buy this bed you are going to need extra deep mattresses. Very disappointed. Somewhere in the description they should tell you this.

I ordered this bed just by looking online, looks beautiful in the room, changed the whole look of the room. The delivery guys, Bennett and Josh, were excellent.
