Definitely helps us sleep. Very calming !

Never knew how much we needed this until we started using it. Now, we're hooked. It really helps us sleep. Very calming.

Does the job

This is great! I initially got it for my kids room but ended up using it for myself. It blocks outside noise an improved my quality of sleep. The sound almost sounds like an air purifier. You can adjust the volume!
